1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

7. Responsible Gaming

All players are strongly encouraged to treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. • The player has requested account closure. Upon receiving a closure request, gd55 will process any pending withdrawals of verified balances not subject to active wagering requirements, then permanently close the account. Closure requests cannot be reversed once processed.

In cases of account suspension due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, gd55 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. 9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any gd55 platform content without gd55's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of gd55's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law. Game content, including game art, mechanics, and software, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio provider and is subject to their terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd55's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of the player's net deposits in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gd55 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether arising from gaming outcomes, technical faults, service interruptions, or any other cause connected with the player's use of the platform.

Your continued use of the gd55 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
